Q:  What's your favorit Sci-Fi Movie?

A:  My favourite fantasy movie is The Lord of the Rings. I read Tolkien when i was a young boy, and was fascinated with his imagination and his work inspires my whole creative process. I was so happy when that movie came out that I can’t describe it in words. I like the costumes, the whole atmosphere and the overall feel of the movie. Shortly I think they gave justice to Tolkien’s piece, which is pretty rear in movie world today.

Q:  What inspired this peice for Sci-FI Cafe?

A:  Irish Mythology and folk tales

Q: Where can we see more of your work?

A: https://www.artstation.com/atar

Q: What's your favorit movie quote?

A; “Fly, you fools!” from The Lord of the Rings.

Q: What would you like to tell Sci-Fi Cafe fans?

A:  I'm  really glad you are seeing my work. If you love something you can learn it by yourself if you are truly committed.

Q: Any embarrassing stories you want to share?

A:  I run into a friend one day at the local café, and he was with his friend which I didn’t know very well. I sat with them to talk a little bit and my friend asked me “Have you seen a mural near this café?” I said that I saw that piece and that it looks pretty bad (and my choice of words was pretty rough!). My friend made a face and his friend said that he did that mural. I was so embarrassed, I just wanted to go out and never look back.

HAHA! Great story Igor!  Well, I'm not sure how talented your friend's friend was, but you got it going on my friend!!

Til next time!!!
